| Summary |
Steps is an aging ex-vaudeville tap dancer down on his luck. His only friend in the world is a scruffy dancing dog named Spot. Pritt is a young harmonica-playing wanderer who isn't doing much better. When Spot is picked up and put in a pound, Pritt offers to help Steps raise the money to free the talented canine. |
