Sammy, a spirited puppy who arrives via special delivery to his awaiting family in their quaint, sunny village by the sea. Sammy causes quite a stir as he tries to settle into his new neighborhood and learn to live by the rules. However, the rules make for more trouble as Sammy decides to break them one last time.
