Tommy Brock, the badger, steals Benjamin Bunny and Flopsy's babies intending to eat them, but his enemy, Mr. Tod, the fox, decides to play a trick on him to steal his house. They end up brawling, and in all of the confusion, Benjamin and his cousin, Peter Rabbit, are able to rescue the children and return them home.
